Glenmora Lodge

Glenmora, our beautiful timber frame lodge opened in June 2004 providing fine dining and spirits to equal Broadacres outstanding fishing and lodging. As a part of our lodging rates, each guest will enjoy gourmet meals at Glenmora. With the evening meal a variety of premium wines, spirits, and beers are available. This stunning facility at Broadacres was constructed by the premier timber frame builder in the U.S., Bensonwood Timber Frame Homes, of Walpole, New Hampshire.

The lodge area of Glenmora also offers a library, reading, and quiet recreation area plus a private office with internet access for guest use. But, if your internet use starts to interfere with your outdoor experience, your privileges will be revoked! You may also want to pull up a chair in front of one of the two stone fireplaces, one inside and one outside, or relax on the expansive porch overlooking the Rio Grande River.

The name Glenmora comes from the name first given the Broadacres Ranch back in 1891. John Grant and his daughter, Elsie, who emigrated from the Glasgow area of Scotland, homesteaded it. While remembering the great history of the ranch, Glenmora is now poised to make history as the premiere dining destination on the Rio Grande.
